Your trust matters to us

Who we are

Make Heaven Crowded (makeheavencrowded.org) is an evangelism ministry led by Bishop Philip D. Burns, based at Relentless Worship Center, 210 Robinwood Dr, Dalton, GA 30721. Questions about this policy can be sent to bishopburns@icloud.com.

What we collect

Information you choose to give us. When you fill out a form on this site, we receive what you type. That can include your name, email, phone number, city, church, the number and place of salvations you report, your testimony, and any message you write. Every form tells you what is required and what is optional.

“I Prayed This Prayer.” When you press this button we add one to the public salvation count. We record the date and the general city and country your internet connection appears to come from. We do not record your name unless you choose to give it to us in the follow-up form.

Visit counts. We count page visits so we know how many people the message is reaching. We do this without cookies and without advertising trackers. To avoid counting the same visitor twice in one day, we create a one-way scrambled code from your connection and browser that changes every day and cannot be turned back into your identity. We also see which website sent you here and your general country.

How we use it

• To pray for you, follow up with you, and help you find a church home if you asked us to.
• To send the 7-day new believer emails or devotional updates, only if you gave your email and confirmed it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To plan and schedule Make Heaven Crowded events with churches that request them.
• To keep an accurate, public count of documented salvations. Only totals and general places are shown publicly. Names of people reporting are never shown publicly.
• To share testimonies on this site, only when you gave permission, and then only your first name and city or church.

Who sees it

Your information is seen by Bishop Burns and the Make Heaven Crowded ministry team at Relentless Worship Center. We never sell, rent, or trade your information. We use a small number of trusted services to run the site: Netlify (website hosting, forms and data storage) and MailerLite (email delivery, only if you gave your email). They process information only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep salvation records permanently as a ministry record of what God has done. We keep form messages and contact details as long as they are useful for ministry follow-up. You can ask us to delete your contact details at any time.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of the email.
• Ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information you gave us by emailing bishopburns@icloud.com.
• Withdraw permission to share your testimony at any time.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Salvation records and testimonies are stored in encrypted storage, and the ministry ledger is protected by a private key.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
